First the operator, then the exact rate
A network and its virtual brands may have different commands. Within one operator, there are prepaid, contract, MIX, subscription and internet SIM. Find the title of your proposal in the appendix or contract. On the operator page you can filter out confirmed lines; without JavaScript all tariff tables are available immediately.
The handbook covers publicly confirmed data. The current register also contains proposals with an undefined status and closed generations, which are clearly identified. This is not a statement of verification of all SIMs or exhaustive coverage of all historical contracts.
Polish mobile operators and brands
This is a researched list, not a register of all telecommunications companies. Network commands are not automatically assigned to its MVNOs.

USSD, MMI and SMS – different ways
USSD - command for the server services of the operator. Standard GSM/MMIs control call and forwarding functions; they cannot be declared as universal packet codes. SMS send text to the number, and the phone short number is called. If the operator offers the action only in the application, we do not come up with a USSD analogue.
The information command checks the status. Activation, deactivation, change of tariff and deactivation of roaming protection change services and may result in costs. Unknown cost does not mean free.
What is known about the market and the fullness
The official offers and references are verified for the listed brands. UKE Market Report for 2025 used as context: the telecommunications entrepreneurs register is not equal to the list of consumer mobile brands. On the operators' pages, unstudied generations and disputed lines are separately indicated.
