The KLUCZ package code should be selected by the current name
On the site separate commands for Klucz Max, Giga Mega Klucz, No Limit, Mini, Premium and Internet packages. The operator recommends to disable the data transmission before the change. Connecting a new package does not disable the previous ones: several active packages can be renewed separately. The old documents do not replace the current page - the package name of the same code may have changed.
How to send a command safely
- Find the exact name of the offer in the operator's app, contract, or purchase receipt. Select your service type and rate below.
- Open the "Phone" app, select the desired SIM with two numbers and enter the code in full. In the templates, replace TELEKOD, KOD or number with your values - you do not need to send words.
- Press the call and wait for the answer. For the connection command, first read the price, duration and renewal rules.
- Do not send the paid command again if the confirmation is delayed: check the active services in the cabinet.

If the command did not work
Check the selected SIM, the accuracy of the characters, the number registration and the network access. The error message does not prove that the service is not supported: the reason may be a different tariff generation, an unavailable package or a temporary failure. Save the text of the reply without personal data and check the terms of your offer in the cabinet. Do not replace the code with a random command from another operator.
Is it enough to connect a new package to stop the old one from writing money?
No, no. Check the active packages and separately disable the one you no longer need. In the table there is a corresponding deactivation for cyclical packages; check the balance conditions according to the regulations.

One-time additional internet packages and Atlantycki are found in the offer; full compatibility with all basic tariffs is not yet established.
