What does the number of GB in the Premium Mobile response mean
For Freedom and FreedomNET the help indicates *136#: the balance comes in parentheses. The zero indicates the exhaustion of the basic package, and not necessarily the SIM problem. *121# refers to the remaining limit of roaming expenses. The old generations of the treaty dates require a separate comparison; block commands from conflicting old documents are not transferred.
How to send a command safely
- Find the exact name of the offer in the operator's app, contract, or purchase receipt. Select your service type and rate below.
- Open the "Phone" app, select the desired SIM with two numbers and enter the code in full. In the templates, replace TELEKOD, KOD or number with your values - you do not need to send words.
- Press the call and wait for the answer. For the connection command, first read the price, duration and renewal rules.
- Do not send the paid command again if the confirmation is delayed: check the active services in the cabinet.

If the command did not work
Check the selected SIM, the accuracy of the characters, the number registration and the network access. The error message does not prove that the service is not supported: the reason may be a different tariff generation, an unavailable package or a temporary failure. Save the text of the reply without personal data and check the terms of your offer in the cabinet. Do not replace the code with a random command from another operator.
*121# shows home internet?
According to verified information - no, it is a monetary limit of roaming. Home GB check *136# or in the PremiumMobile app.
Completeness and official sources
Freedom and FreedomNET are separated. The current information explains how to read the GB balance; the roaming spending limit is not the account balance.
Old Freedom generations are listed in the documents by treaty dates; their full matrix is not complete. The commands to enable satellite blocking in the old PDF are contradictory and deleted.
Date of documentary verification: 11.10.2026. Lack of confirmation does not mean incompatibility. An archive document does not in itself prove the continued service of a tariff.
