Why Play can't use a single list of codes
In the official reference different tables for odNOWA, other prepaid, contractual Formuła, MIX and separate internet SIM. Even the same command number can check a different balance. First define the offer in Play24 or via *111*49*1#, then select it, and not the nearest similar name. Play na Kartę and Play na Kartę 3.0 are not interchangeable. The old Play 2.0 and Energy plans were discontinued on 04.03.2025, with customers moved to Formuła Play na Kartę. Therefore, their former commands are not given as active.
How to send a command safely
- Find the exact name of the offer in the operator's app, contract, or purchase receipt. Select your service type and rate below.
- Open the "Phone" app, select the desired SIM with two numbers and enter the code in full. In the templates, replace TELEKOD, KOD or number with your values - you do not need to send words.
- Press the call and wait for the answer. For the connection command, first read the price, duration and renewal rules.
- Do not send the paid command again if the confirmation is delayed: check the active services in the cabinet.

The commands are significantly different between odNOWA, other prepaid, contract, MIX and Internet. First find out the tariff in Play24 or via *111*49*1#. The sales status of old lines cannot be determined from a single code table.

If the command did not work
Check the selected SIM, the accuracy of the characters, the number registration and the network access. The error message does not prove that the service is not supported: the reason may be a different tariff generation, an unavailable package or a temporary failure. Save the text of the reply without personal data and check the terms of your offer in the cabinet. Do not replace the code with a random command from another operator.
What is the difference between basic and promotional megabytes?
These are different packet counters. The recharge bonus depends on the regulations and generation of the offer: it is not possible to promise fixed additional GB to all subscribers. In the table, select the corresponding account check.
Completeness and official sources
The commands are significantly different between odNOWA, other prepaid, contract, MIX and Internet. First find out the tariff in Play24 or via *111*49*1#. The sales status of old lines cannot be determined from a single code table.
Multimedia services are not an exact tariff line; the table is preserved, the commands are not extended to mobile rates. Play na Kartę 3.0 and MIX/Internet 2.0 generations are found in the messages, but do not have a separate full code table. Historic RBM offers were renamed on 01.02.2023; some successor Play 2.0/Energy offers closed on 04.03.2025.
