In Dniówka balance and connection package – different operations
The Dniówka tariff document confirms the free requests of the main account and the replenishment of the voucher. The cost of the replenishment itself is paid separately. Via *100# the current offer offers to set the rate. The 15 GB and 45 GB packages have different price and term: do not choose activation only by similar code numbers. Heyah 01 is not this prepaid offer.
How to send a command safely
- Find the exact name of the offer in the operator's app, contract, or purchase receipt. Select your service type and rate below.
- Open the "Phone" app, select the desired SIM with two numbers and enter the code in full. In the templates, replace TELEKOD, KOD or number with your values - you do not need to send words.
- Press the call and wait for the answer. For the connection command, first read the price, duration and renewal rules.
- Do not send the paid command again if the confirmation is delayed: check the active services in the cabinet.

If the command did not work
Check the selected SIM, the accuracy of the characters, the number registration and the network access. The error message does not prove that the service is not supported: the reason may be a different tariff generation, an unavailable package or a temporary failure. Save the text of the reply without personal data and check the terms of your offer in the cabinet. Do not replace the code with a random command from another operator.
Does free voicemail activation mean free listening?
No, no. These are different services: the document confirms free activation, and the cost of calling to messages is determined by the tariff and place of use.
