Before signing
Check the employer, type of contract, start date, position, place of work, gross salary and rate share. Gross is the amount before taxes and contributions; it is not a promise of the same payment on the account.
What is the difference from zlecenie
The employment contract gives the employee the guarantees provided for by law. A civil contract does not automatically grant the same paid leave or termination rules. The name of the contract should not obscure the real conditions of the employment relationship.
For a foreigner
The contract must be combined with the right to reside and work in Poland. Keep your copy and payment documents; in case of non-payment of wages, the contract, the table and the correspondence will be useful.
