What questions to address
Ordinary applications for temporary, permanent and long-term residence are processed at the voivodeship level. The complainant interacts with the Aliens Office and not with the Voivode in person.
How to choose a recipient
First, determine the voivodeship of residence. Do not confuse urząd wojewódzki with urząd gminy: the municipality deals with PESEL and address registration. In a letter concerning an already opened case, provide the case number, not just the name.
