Where to order
Contact the municipality office or the city office at the address of your residence. You will need an identity document, residence documents and proof of the right to use the premises or proof of ownership provided for in the procedure.
Is there a deadline
EU/EFTA citizens and eligible family members have until the 30th day after arriving at their place of residence; other foreign nationals have until the fourth day. If the entire stay does not exceed 30 days, an exemption is provided. The gov.pl service helps you choose your category.
If the owner refuses
Don't forge his signature. Explain that registration does not create ownership. If the confirmation cannot be obtained, the municipality may consider the matter administratively.
