For transfers from Poland, bank SEPA in euros, international bank transfer, a service like Wise or Revolut are suitable, and if you need to issue cash, the corresponding route Western Union or MoneyGram. There is no universal winner: first determine the country, the currency of receipt and the payment method available to the recipient, then compare the total amount debited and the result.
If you are sending euros to member account SEPA, start with SEPA. If US dollars or another route outside of the supported scheme is needed, a suitable banking or service channel will be required; sometimes it is SWIFT with intermediary banks. For Ukraine, transfer to IBAN and payment by card number cannot be considered the same service. For Belarus, sanctions and availability of the supplier are first checked, and not a beautiful course in advertising.
A zero transfer fee does not necessarily mean zero cost: charges may be hidden in the exchange rate, funding method or receiving bank’s deductions. And the transfer itself does not automatically mean tax. First, figure out whether you are moving your own savings, giving money, paying back debt, or paying for work. These differences are more important than the amount and the word “help” in the purpose of the payment.
How to choose a method: short table
| Method | When it suits | Currency | Timing | Basic expenses | Limitations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SEPA | Scheme host account | EUR | A regular transfer is usually the next business day after acceptance; depends on mode and time | Channel commission and conversion PLN → EUR | You need a suitable account and bank availability in the scheme |
| SEPA Instant | Urgent transfer between available participants | EUR | Instant scheme; not every bank/account is available | Tariff and conversion | Check support, your own limit and future mandatory deadlines |
| SWIFT / other international banking channel | Currency accounts, directions outside the usual SEPA | According to bank availability | Bank assessment; intermediaries and inspections may delay | Sender, conversion, intermediaries, recipient | Details, sanctions, expense scheme, account currency |
| Wise | Supported exchange and payout route | Pair and country option | Evaluation of a specific calculation | Fee and chosen financing method | Different limits for currencies, banks, recipients |
| Revolut | Supported bank transfer from your account | Along the route | Estimate in the app | Exchange, tariff surcharges, international transfer/intermediaries | Plan, exchange limit used, country and documents |
| Western Union | Supported cash withdrawal or other proposed method | Along the route | Estimation of calculation and hours of issue | Commission and exchange rate | Agent terms, ID, payment country |
| MoneyGram | Confirmed available route, including cash | Along the route | Estimate for the selected service | Commission and exchange | Channel and reception subject to availability |
| Within one institution | Both accounts do accept this transfer | According to accounts | According to the terms of establishment | Internal transfer and possible exchange | The same app branding does not establish the same legal entity or the absence of fees |

SEPA, SWIFT and service transfer: what is the difference
SEPA: euro, IBAN and bank participation
SEPA - Single Euro Payments Area, a single payment space in euros. It is wider than the EU: for example, the UK remains in geographical scope. However, a country’s inclusion does not mean that every bank supports every scheme. You need to check exactly SCT for regular transfer and SCT Inst for instant transfer. EPC: register of participants.
A Polish bank can send SEPA with zloty conversion, but the exchange price will be a separate component. If euros are already in the EUR- account, re-conversion may not be necessary. IBAN is an international account number, not a bank card number. For a Euro transfer within a scheme, do not make BIC a required field just because it is used in SWIFT.
Within the EU, fees for comparable domestic and cross-border euro payments must be equal; for a provider outside the euro area, comparison is with a domestic payment in the national currency. It does not promise that any transaction will be free and does not establish a single exchange rate. Do not automatically transfer this warranty to all SEPA countries outside the EU. Your Europe: payments and exchange.
SWIFT and expenses OUR, SHA, BEN
SWIFT is a financial messaging system, not one single tariff. Money can pass through correspondent banks. BIC/SWIFT identifies the bank; For a specific account, you need details issued by the recipient himself or his bank.
SHA usually splits the costs: the sender pays his side, and the costs of the receiving party and intermediaries may fall on the recipient. OUR imposes the required banking costs on the sender; BEN - to the recipient. The availability of these options depends on the route and legal regulations: you cannot select OUR where only SHA is applicable. Even OUR should not be declared as a universal guarantee of the exact net amount without checking the terms of the bank. Bank instruction ING.
For an account in another currency, another exchange is possible with the recipient. If you sent EUR, but the person only reported a UAH- account, find out in advance whether the bank can accept and convert this payment. The words “international transfer” in the application do not disclose all withholdings.
Fintech and cash
The fintech service can accept PLN by local bank transfer, exchange them and pay the recipient through their route. Therefore, the receiving bank sometimes sees a local receipt, although the sender is located abroad. This does not replace verification of the identity and origin of funds.
For cash pick-up, check the specific available location, currency, documents and hours. The sender does not always need a bank account when paying in cash at an agent point; online payment usually requires an accessible means of payment. Do not call any service “without documents”: identification remains possible and mandatory under the relevant rules.
How to transfer money from Poland to Ukraine
The most convenient method is determined by the recipient's account. Start not with choosing a brand, but with the person’s answer: does he have a UAH-IBAN, a foreign currency EUR- account, an available card for a specific service, or the opportunity to receive cash.
- Determine the receiving currency. For household expenses, the amount usually compared is UAH; if a person needs euros to a foreign currency account, compare EUR, do not assume subsequent automatic crediting in hryvnia.
- Take official details. Ask for a certificate generated by the bank, the recipient's name and address, if necessary. Do not copy IBAN from a photo of the cropped screen.
- Check the specific route. Select Poland → Ukraine, the desired currency and payment method. An available bank-account payout route does not prove that a card payout is available.
- Compare the final amount. Record the total PLN outlay, exchange rate, funding fee and expected amount for the recipient. The comparison of PLN → UAH and PLN → EUR → UAH must take into account both exchanges if they actually occur.
- Go through identification and provide real data. For family assistance, save the basis; Don't call a gift a loan to pass a background check.
- Confirm only after checking. The name, account number, bank, currency and amount must match. Save the confirmation and transaction number.
- Check receipt. If there is a delay, the sender initiates an investigation with its provider; the recipient checks the account and a possible request from the Ukrainian bank.
Wise. Its current guidance confirms UAH payouts to an eligible Ukrainian bank account IBAN. It specifies the limits: for PrivatBank - up to 399 999 UAH per month; for other banks - up to 29 999 UAH per transfer. This limits of this service, and not the NBU’s general limit for money from Poland. The rate UAH is set by the local partner; The exchange-rate guarantee is limited. The page also indicates the stop of UAH- payments on Visa from 12 August 2024 and other card restrictions. Because of this, transfer to any card number is not promised here: check IBAN and the real availability of the recipient in the calculation. Wise: UAH.
Western Union and MoneyGram. Their official Polish pages confirm the direction to Ukraine; Available payment methods depend on the selected service and payment location. Western Union offers a route with cash collection through agent points. On the MoneyGram page, bank/digital receipt is listed conditionally, based on availability, so cannot be promised to any recipient. Western Union, MoneyGram.
Ukrainian restrictions. The current version of NBU resolution No. 18 as of the date of inspection is dated 17 September 2026. In particular, clause 14 regulates the restriction of outgoing cross-border transactions from Ukraine and exceptions. It cannot be converted into a limit for incoming Polish transfers. September Amendment No. 105 also affects non-bank payment providers and certain payment account transactions; This is not a blanket permission or prohibition for all family transfers. The Ukrainian bank still checks the availability of the account, the currency and the legal basis for the receipt. Current text, amendment No.105.
Germany, UK, USA and other destinations
Germany and the eurozone
For EUR to the suitable IBAN, compare the regular SEPA, the available Instant and exchange through the service. The total consumption of zlotys is important, and not just the commission for sending euros. If you pay rent, clarify whether the recipient should receive exactly the agreed amount and what purpose to indicate.
UK
The UK is within SEPA’s geographical scope, but that does not make a GBP transfer a SEPA transaction: the scheme operates in EUR. GBP requires a supported local or international route and correct details. Don't send euros just because the country "is in SEPA" if the recipient is expecting pounds and their account is converting them at an inconvenient rate.
USA
For USD, compare the supported local payment service and the international banking channel. For a US account, the account number and routing number are typically used, and for the corresponding international route, BIC and additional bank information are used. The US does not use the European IBAN as its universal account number. Copy the set from the instructions of the receiving bank, do not design it yourself. Example: Wise’s USD route requirements.
Belarus
Here, availability comes before price. Wise includes Belarus in the list of unsupported countries for sending and receiving. Revolut directly informs that it does not currently support transfers to and from Belarus. These are the terms and conditions of the suppliers and not a statement that absolutely every possible transaction by any bank is prohibited. Wise, Revolut Poland.
EU sanctions are checked by bank, recipient, related parties and type of transaction. In July 2026, the restrictions changed again: decision 2026/1847 and regulation 2026/1846 affected, among other things, goods and the field of crypto services. These changes do not mean an automatic general ban on all Belarusian citizens living in Poland from using any Polish bank. Don't get around the denial through someone else's accounts, a false assignment, or a hidden intermediary. For a specific legal transaction, you need a bank accepting it and checking current conditions; The route of cash services to Belarus is not promised in this article. Official communication from the Council of the EU.
Other countries outside the EU
Check not only the country flag in the menu, but also the currency, bank, recipient type and payment method. Sometimes a service supports personal recipients but not businesses; a local route may be cheaper than SWIFT but may not allow the intended purpose. Before making a transfer for a product or commercial service, please read the acceptable uses of your selected personal account.

U Revolut Standard The official Polish certificate on the date of verification indicates an additional fee of 1% for exchange in excess of 5 000 zł in a monthly renewable cycle. For Plus - 0,5% in excess of 15 000 zł. The weekend surcharge is indicated separately: Standard 1%, Plus 0,5%, in the window Friday 17:00 - Sunday 18:00 US Eastern Time, not Polish time. The Premium, Metal and Ultra in this reference do not have these additional exchange fees; This is not a promise that all transfer or subscription costs will be eliminated. Revolut: exchange fees.
The exchange threshold is not the maximum permitted transfer. If you have already exchanged currency in this cycle, the same new transfer may cost differently. Don't compare a paid plan with a free one, forgetting the subscription cost; Don’t name one service as the cheapest for one route.
If you plan to first keep money in a service account, check its legal status and protection mechanism. A bank deposit and funds from a payment organization are not the same thing. How to check the warranty of BFG.
What does the transfer really cost?
Total cost = sending fee + conversion cost + applicable costs of intermediaries and recipient. If the posted fee already includes some expenses, don't count it twice. Add the cost of your chosen payment method: financing by card and bank transfer may give different results.
Below are real public Wise quotes obtained on 14 October 2026 approximately 21:58 Polish time, for route Poland → Germany, PLN → EUR, PERSONAL, payment by bank transfer. Official calculator Wise for Germany. The saved figures are a snapshot of a particular offer, not a permanent tariff or prices for not a constant tariff and not prices 2027 of the year. A subscription, a promotion, a different payment method, the recipient's bank and a new exchange rate may change the result. The advertised competitor comparisons on the Wise page were not used as independent bank quotes.
How to compare all three amounts yourself
- Select one result: for example, EUR in German IBAN. For each provider, first set the total flow rate 500 PLN, then 2 000, then 10 000.
- In Wise, select bank financing; in Revolut - real plan and already used exchange limit; in the bank - your tariff and channel SEPA.
- Record the time, total expense, separately shown fees, rate and recipient amount. If a fee is added on top, change the send amount so that total consumption remains the same.
- Compare the amount EUR and the term. Separately ask the receiving bank about any deductions. Don't equate "sent 450 EUR" with "person received 450 EUR" without verification.
- Do not confirm payment to view the price. Repeat the comparison before actually sending, especially after changing plans or expiring the exchange cycle.
To check understanding: calculation (2 000 − 14,99) × 0,228765 gives after rounding 454,10 EUR - the same result of the Wise snapshot. The official NBP mid-rate on 14 October was 4,3706 PLN for EUR, table 200/A/NBP/2026. This is a reference rate, not an offer from the bank or the right to exchange at it. Data NBP.
How to send through a Polish bank
- Open your official application or online banking. Do not click on the unexpected SMS- link “to confirm an international transfer.”
- Select the desired action: for example, przelew zagraniczny, przelew walutowy or przelew europejski / SEPA. The names vary; the same icon does not guarantee the same route.
- Select the debit account, currency and recipient details. Check if you need to exchange now or if you are using an existing currency.
- Fill in odbiorca, numer rachunku / IBAN, tytuł przelewu; with the appropriate route - BIC, address and information of the intermediary bank.
- Check the available allocation of charges, standard or urgent processing, acceptance date and price. Don't automatically choose urgency if it adds costs without the desired benefit.
- Read the warning about a name or details mismatch if the bank displays one. Correct the data through the recipient through an independent channel, and not through the author of the suspicious letter.
- Confirm only the verified order and download the confirmation. Save the number, currency, amount, recipient's account and date: they will be needed during the investigation.
This is a general sequence, not a fictitious instruction for the screens of a specific bank. Real example of names and modes: ING, currency transfer.
What data and documents to prepare
| Data | Why | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Recipient's name | Recipient verification | Different from bank account holder |
| IBAN or local account number | Enrollment | Card number inserted as IBAN |
| BIC/SWIFT if needed | The right bank | The code was found by chance and not taken from the bank instructions |
| Currency of the receiving account | Avoid unexpected exchanges/returns | The recipient gave another currency account |
| Address/destination/intermediary if required | Route and control | Fictitious purpose instead of actual basis |
| Agreement/payslip/confirmation of savings | Origin and meaning of money | Only a screenshot of the rest without history |
| Receipt after departure | Search for payment | No transaction ID |
training sample, not real and not valid details: recipient “Example Recipient”; IBAN “INSERT_IBAN_FROM_BANK_DOCUMENT”; BIC “INSERT_BANK_BIC”; currency “EUR”; payment reference “Transfer of own funds”, only if both accounts are really yours. For a gift or payment agreement, indicate the real nature of the transaction. These placeholders cannot be sent to the bank.
Limits, KYC/AML and origin of money
KYC — client verification; AML — anti-money laundering. A bank or service may have application, confirmation, card, currency and direction limits. Separately, there are verification responsibilities: exceeding the interface limit and requesting the origin of money are different reasons for stopping.
There is no universal amount below which a bank will not check. Verification is possible under suspicious circumstances, profile mismatch or sanctions risk. Splitting up related transactions to bypass checks does not create a legitimate safe zone. Polish law AML.
For salary savings, prepare an employment contract, pay slips, a statement of receipt of salary and accumulation of money. For a property sale, provide the contract and evidence of payment; for an inheritance, the documents establishing your entitlement; for a loan, the agreement and transfer history. A screenshot of a large balance shows the money in the account, but does not explain its origin.
When requesting, submit documents through a verified institutional channel. Find out exactly what is required, in what language and what period must be covered. Do not promise the bank an unconfirmed date for completing the review: sometimes it cannot disclose in detail all the reasons for control.
Do I need to pay tax when transferring?
The very fact of movement between accounts does not equal the emergence of new income. But money can represent a salary, a gift, interest, payment for a service, or revenue. Tax rules apply to the nature of the transaction and the participants, not just to the bank's "transfer completed" message.
| Operation | What to check | What to save |
|---|---|---|
| Your money between your accounts | Whether separate income arose from the sale/exchange of assets; responsibilities of the account country | Ownership of both accounts and funds history |
| Help for family from salary | Gift, maintenance or another genuine legal basis; the recipient’s rules | Family relationship, legal basis and receipts |
| Donation | Tax connection with Poland, group, benefit, application, foreign rules | Agreement/confirmation of transfer and relationship |
| Loan repayment | Principal separately from interest; obligations connected with the original loan | Agreement, issue and return |
| Product or service | Recipient's income and possible other tax obligations | Order/agreement/invoice/act |
| Business payment | Accounting for income/expenses, currency, taxes and valid business profile | Primary documents and bank expenses |
| Money from abroad | Source: gift, salary, sale, loan or own funds | Confirmation of this particular source |
Own funds and tax residence
Transferring money you already own to another account of yours does not in itself turn it into a new salary. But the unpaid tax on the original income does not disappear because of the transfer. Interest, investment returns or labor fees are assessed separately. Polish rules PIT are based on sources of income: current consolidated edition.
For Polish tax residence, meeting the statutory test for a centre of personal or economic interests is sufficient or staying for more than 183 days in the tax year. This is not a “both at the same time” condition and not just citizenship. Claims between two countries take into account the applicable double tax treaty. Clarification from the Ministry of Finance.
Donation and SD-Z2
If Polish inheritance and gift tax rules apply to a specific receipt, there is a special benefit for the immediate family. The group covers a spouse, descendants, ancestors, siblings, stepchildren, a stepfather and a stepmother. Being a “relative” in everyday language is not enough: for example, a spouse’s parents are not automatically included in this group.
Where notification is required for the exemption, you normally need SD-Z2 within six months of the relevant event; for an ordinary monetary gift without a notarial deed, the reference point is when the gift is performed. Receipt of money must be confirmed by a specified transfer to the recipient's account or by postal order. For a specified case where the aggregate value from one person does not exceed 36 120 zł, no application required. The aggregation covers the year of the latest receipt and the five preceding years, rather than only the latest transfer. Official instructions SD-Z2.
The notification is filed by the recipient, not automatically by the sender in Poland. For foreign nationals and foreign assets, it is first checked whether a Polish tax connection arises at all. The law distinguishes the location of assets or exercise of rights, citizenship, permanent stay and the conditions for the exemption. The exemption also requires citizenship of Poland or the relevant EU/EEA state, or residence in Poland or such a state at the time of receipt. You cannot replace this assessment with the PIT rule of “183 days” or automatically require SD-Z2 from every relative in Ukraine. Basic rules SD, law, articles 1–4a.
From 7 January of the year 2026 in the prescribed cases, you can ask to restore the term SD-Z2 if the omission occurred without the fault of the recipient. Application - within seven days after the termination of the reason for absence, simultaneously with SD-Z2; transitional conditions apply. This is not automatic forgiveness for any tardiness. Ministry of Finance about changes.
Country of receipt and other reasons
A Polish tax exemption does not guarantee freedom from obligations in the recipient’s country. For example, Ukrainian gift clarifications distinguish between the relationship and tax status of the parties: do not extend the zero family rate to any situation with a non-resident. State Tax Service of Ukraine: guidance.
For a recipient with status U.S. person in the US, large gifts from foreign individuals may be required Form 3520: IRS specifies the aggregate receipt threshold more than 100 000 USD for the tax year for the corresponding category, with the rules for combining related donors. For foreign companies and other cases, the rules are different. It is the responsibility of the recipient to report, not a bank-transfer limit from Poland and not an automatic tax on the entire amount. IRS: foreign gifts.
Repayment of the confirmed principal debt should not be confused with payment for services or interest. For entrepreneurial settlement, you need a real basis, documents and acceptable use of the account; a family signature on a designation does not convert business proceeds into a gift. Useful for Polish annual income calculations guide to PIT-11 and Twój e-PIT.
If the money did not arrive or an error was made
- Check the status with the sender: the order may have been created, but not funded; “sent” and “enrolled” are different stages.
- Compare the confirmation with the recipient's bank statement: name, account, currency and date. Check to see if the person is looking at another currency account.
- Check the promised deadline with business days and acceptance times. A holiday, late order, intermediary and additional verification may change the expectation.
- Request confirmation and ID; For the corresponding SWIFT- payment, ask for available tracking information such as UETR or message confirmation. Don't request "MT103" from a service that uses a different route. SWIFT about UETR.
- The sender contacts his bank/service with a request for investigation; the recipient - to his bank about the incoming payment. Do not send the same amount again just because the first transfer is not yet visible.
- If there is an error or fraud, immediately ask for a stop/revocation, if it is still possible. A valid IBAN belonging to someone else may result in money reaching the wrong person; an automatic refund is not guaranteed.
- Submit a written complaint: number, date, desired outcome and evidence. For payment services in the Polish mode, a response usually takes 15 business days, in exceptional cases - up to 35; This is not a universal deadline for any foreign institution. Rzecznik Finansowy.
Refunds may be reduced due to applicable costs or new exchange rates; ask for conditions in advance rather than promise yourself the return of exactly the original PLN. If the complaint is rejected, find out the legal service provider and the competent out-of-court mechanism. Payment through a foreign legal entity is not always subject to the same authorities as your Polish bank.
How to avoid falling for scammers
Check the vendor's full legal name, domain, and licensing status. KNF has search for organizations and warnings. No warning doesn't prove license or good faith. For an organization from another EU state, its home regulator and permitted cross-border activities may also be important.
If a friend suddenly asks for an urgent transfer, confirm the request by calling a previously known number. Recheck the changed supplier details regardless of the letter notifying you of the change. Do not give verification codes, PIN, password or screen access to a person who promises to "help you get SWIFT back."
The risk of an opaque exchanger does not disappear due to a favorable exchange rate. Do not pay into a private account of an unknown intermediary under the promise of deposits in another country. In the event of an unauthorized operation, proceed according to instructions for a disputed write-off; a voluntarily confirmed transfer to a fraudster and an unauthorized debit are legally different.
Six specific life situations
Need to send 500 PLN to family in Ukraine. First find out UAH-IBAN and compare hryvnias after all expenses; German EUR-quote above does not apply here. If the family wants cash, compare the individual cash service and the availability of the item. Do not promise to receive on Visa according to the rules of the IBAN- route.
You need to pay 2 000 PLN in terms of rent in Germany. The recipient is waiting for euros and a specific agreed amount. Compare your bank, Wise and Revolut by total expense, select the desired term and purpose. If your budget does not cover the exact amount after fees, deliberately increase the total outlay rather than treating the EUR shown as the full rent.
Transfer 10 000 PLN of your own savings to your account. Prepare ownership of both accounts, salary/savings history and actual quote. A check does not automatically create a tax liability; the absence of new income does not remove the need to document the source of funds. In Revolut, take into account the previous exchanges of the monthly cycle.
A parent gives money to a child living in Poland. First determine the applicability of the Polish SD and the terms of the benefit; if required, the recipient submits SD-Z2 and saves the transfer. Don't expect the bank to fulfill your family's tax obligations. Other gifts from the same person may also count.
The recipient in the USA needs USD-payment. Ask for details of the selected local or international channel. If the money is a large foreign gift, the recipient separately checks Form 3520. Successful bank transfer does not replace his tax reporting.
The service refused to send it to Belarus. Do not substitute country, destination, or account holder. Check the legality of the transaction and the presence of a bank supporting it. If an available legitimate route is not confirmed, failure is a reason to stop trying rather than buying a bypass promise from an unknown intermediary.
What is confirmed for 2027
| Rule | When to use | Practical meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Receiving instant EUR transfers in non-euro-area countries | For eligible banks - January 9 2027 | Do not consider all Polish banks already obliged today |
| Capping the Instant fee at the fee for a comparable standard transaction outside the euro area | 9 January 2027 | Does not mean free exchange PLN → EUR |
| Sending Instant payments and verifying the payee outside the euro area | 9 July 2027 | Checking the name and identifier, rather than guaranteeing protection from every fraud |
| For payment/electronic money institutions - separate deadlines | Receiving — 9 April 2027; sending outside the euro area — 9 July | Legal type and country of incorporation matter |
| New general AML- EU regulation 2024/1624 | Main application from 10 July 2027 | Do not turn the rules on large cash payments into a bank transfer ceiling |
Dates Instant confirms ECB. For national currency accounts outside working hours, a separate later provision is provided - 9 June 2028. Therefore, even future dates should not be translated into a promise “any PLN- order automatically instantly.”
The new AML rule concerning 10 000 EUR applies to specified cash payments for goods and services, with exceptions and the possibility of lower national limits. This is not the limit of the regular SEPA/SWIFT, nor is it permission to not check small transfers. EU Council on the adopted package, official regulations.

FAQ: more 14 useful answers
Is it possible to send without a bank account?
Supported cash transfer through an agent point is possible. Country/issuance availability and required documents will be required. This is not the same as an online transaction without financing: check whether a particular channel accepts cash and how the fees are paid.
Is it possible to send PLN directly?
Only if the receiving route and account support PLN. Many services accept zlotys in Poland, but pay out EUR, UAH or other currency. For Wise, shipping from PLN has separate conditions: bank financing from Poland, without accepting PLN through SWIFT. Instructions PLN.
Which is usually cheaper?
Without the route, amount and funding method, there is no reliable answer. Compare the result for the same total expense and receipt currency. A free subscription, a paid currency plan and already having EUR in your bank account may give different results.
How long does a SEPA transfer take?
The normal mode is based on the working day after the relevant order is accepted; cut-off, weekends and bank mode are taken into account. Instant is a different scheme and requires participant availability. Don't promise a regular Sunday order by Monday morning without an appraisal from the bank.
How long does a SWIFT transfer take?
There is no single term for the entire network: currency, chain of banks, regime, time and control influence. Use the assignment-specific estimate. If it is exceeded, request an investigation from the sending bank instead of re-sending the amount.
Is it possible to transfer to Ukraine?
